Remodel of 1700 sq ft singe family residence in Altadena, CA. 

Renovated a kitchen with breakfast nook, two restrooms, new dedicated laundry/mud room, and master bedroom with enlarged closet.  We modernized a 1920s era Spanish Bungalow home in keeping with the traditional characteristic of the house.
