Our managing partner ran an interdisciplinary team of 15+ consultants while working with Contractor, State Inspectors and Construction Managers to complete work as scheduled and within budget on a 98,000 sq ft, high school modernization valued at $65M. 

Project is a modernization of the existing Carlsbad High School that occurred over four phases that included temporary housing, an athletic stadium, site infrastructure and the new high school classrooms.

Notably, he directed project planning and execution of the site-infrastructure upgrade, completed around District and academic/summer events calendar that allowed the Client to run Summer programs while prepping the school to switch from old-to-new power sources.  The school resumed operations the following academic school year without delay.
