GREYSIDE DESIGN BUILD is a Los Angeles-based, design & build studio with a holistic approach to architectural and interior design, art, fashion, branding, product development and construction. Founded in 2012, our primary focus is in articulating our clients' lifestyles and interests in the built environment.

More often than not, design intent is 'lost in translation.'  Our unique position of having a licensed contractor and team members with architectural and interior backgrounds allows us toeliminate the gap in communication between two companies.  Our clients are rewarded with cost-savings, which are re-invest into the project to improve the quality of space.  It is not always the quantity of space, but the quality that provides the greatest daily living, working and financial returns.

We collaborate with clients, architects, real-estate brokers and developers on custom projects, blending our personal vision of simplicity, the stream-lined building process, and the Client's direction to make the space their own.  With our background of over 15 years of previous residential, commercial, and institutional experience, both public and private, no project is too large or small for us to take on.
